Meter Reading & Billing Schedule
• Residential Properties – Meters are read and billed
quarterly on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
• Commercial Properties – Meters are read and billed
monthly.
Payment Terms
• Bills are due within 20 days of the billing date, without
penalty.
• A 10% late fee will be applied to any bill not paid
within 20 days.
• All unpaid water charges become a lien on the property
served.
• Accounts with outstanding balances as of November 30 will
be forwarded to the Washington County Treasurer and added
to the following year’s Town/County property tax bill.

regulations, the Town of Kingsbury issues an Annual Drinking
Water Quality Report. This report provides:

• A summary of what it contains and how it compares
to State standards

in 2024. Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable supply of
drinking water while continually improving treatment
processes and protecting water resources.
